From Arima, we journey to Guanapo Village and drive through quarry road all the way to the Quarry where we park our vehicles. We trek through undulating terrain through a combination of abandoned cocoa and tonkabean fields through great terrain all the way until we eventually meet Guanapo River. It is here we will leave our bags in seclusion in the bushes before we continue our trek further into the forest for another 30-45 minutes where the river trek begins.

Trek/swim through fantastic natural rock formations and beautiful river pools where the experience here is just astounding.

We eventually reached back to the spot where our bags are and at this point, we begin our second trek. Steady uphill trekking through natural forest until we reach to the ridge where from here, gentle terrain all the way until we at last reach to a well hidden gem of a waterfall and a great pool for a well deserved dip.

Upon departure, we take the same trail that bought us to the river back to the parked vehicles.
