El Tucuche to Zorro Village

Fitness hike extraordinaire!!! Escape the ordinary and venture into the extraordinary. An indelible choice for a hike with lots of treats in store.

Steep uphill trekking is the order of the day. Walk into forest from an asphalt road and hike to the summit before arriving at "Devil's Staircase". As the name implies; this staircase is very unforgiving. Extremely steep uphill awaits. More uphill trekking persist but this time on gently graded terrain to El Tucuche (3,072 feet or 936 meters).

From here, head to a wide bench road known as "El Cerro de Las Cuevas Bench Road" and continue downhill through more untouched forest to a "T" junction towards sounds of a waterfall in the distance.....welcome to "Angel Waterfall".

After swimming, move on into  Zorro Village and then to "Paria Old Road". Road trek to Las Cuevas Bay. This marks the end of a very enthralling journey.
