Guanapo Quarry to Blanchisseuse

Details

A challenging hike for active individuals. Trek through rich rain forest and enjoy the atmosphere. It's truly breathtaking.

The hike starts from Guanapo Quarry along a well-defined trail to arrive at a very old trail "Sombasson Trace" thence to an important "T" junction. Trek on a gentle hill that becomes steeper at the top of Lalaja Road  then arrive at another "T" junction,  and trek downhill into the cocoa village of Brasso Seco.

Second leg: In Brasso Seco Village, walk to Brasso Seco Junction on asphalt road that eventually closes off into natural dirt road, and into the forest to "Paria Bay".

Third leg: At Paria Bay, walk along the shoreline towards "Church Rock" at the end of the beach. Then it's back into  forest along a narrow and clear trail on a mixture of uphill, downhill and flat terrain to the final destination, "The Spring Bridge" in Blanchisseuse.
