Rating of this hike is (6) Challenging for the average fit hiker
A challenging (2 way) hike that offers complete satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment once completed. This hike is strongly recommended to experienced hikers who are really fit.
The fist leg of the trek is the longer walk first on clear dirt road until the natural trail of the forest engulfs us all the way deep into the Northern Range until we eventually reach to a series of unknown and virtually untouched waterfalls. Distance covered from the start to the waterfalls is 7.5 miles (12.07 kms) and estimated duration of this walk to the falls should take about 3 hours 30 minutes to complete.
Upon departure, we take another route which is shorter. This trail will lead us through a citrus estate which eventually brings us back to the "Lalaja Road" where the elevation here is about 1,792 feet (546.20 meters). From there, we head on back to the starting point. Distance covered along this route is 5.3 miles (8.53 kms). Time taken to do this trek is about 2 hours 50 minutes.
